Additional Information

(1) Requires always-on high speed Internet connection. (Internet service not required to be from Cinergy Communications.)

(2) Unlimited long distance is applies to calls to the 48 contiguous United States and Canada and is subject to use restrictions (see Service Agreement). All other long distance calls are billed on a per-minute basis.

(3) Rates exclude any applicable broadband service charges, taxes and regulatory fees and any per-minute long distance charges. Additional charges may also apply for equipment. (Customers with qualifying credit who commit to a one year term receive BDT equipment at no charge.)

(4) Number portability may not be available for cellular phone numbers or some numbers of VoIP providers .

(5) Additional equipment may be required for Caller ID service. Services provided by Cinergy Communications. Fees and Terms & Conditions of service subject to change without notice.
